Liner padding vapor xxx skates

Hi everyone,

I am disappointed by the lack of padding in my new vapor xxx skates.

Has anyone else noticed this? The padding seems to have moved and my ankle bone is rubbing against the back of the outter shell.

I am experiencing pain with my Malleolar bone (inner ankle bone) and have to wear thick foam inserts 3/16 of an inch, otherwise I can't tighten my skates.

This is probably the best solution, having the liner repadded in the inside would probably cost alot.

Wow, the Vapor XXX is the best skate I ever had. Did you bake them???

Yes I baked them once, and wore them a dozen times. In my previous xx skates I had the same problem.

LOLOL I was just thinking the same thing.

Honestly, you have a couple options, suck up the pain and stick with these using the foam inserts, get them punched out, or sell these and get something that will fit your needs better. If it were me, I'd take them to be punched out in that spot.

I got the xxx skates after having loved the vapor xx for their performance and fit regardless of the ankle bone pain issue. With the inserts I'm fine but I wish they had more padding so I wouldn't have to resort to foam inserts.
