I have tried cutting a broken blade off an OPS and using the shaft but never the other way around. Anybody tried doig this??

geez next busted OPS im trying that.

ive busted 6 synergy's but all on the blade. wouldnt have helped any.

it seems like a big pain to grind it off i dont even have anything do that with i dont -- think there is no other way?

yes i have done this with a broken synergy si core it took a while but it came out good i put the blade into a synthesis shaft and it looks and feels great

if you do this, you might weaken the tenon because your basically carving your own tenon. the part where the tenon ends and the hosel starts is prone to breakage

I always put them in the other way around even though it could mess up your flex.
