Superfeet insoles. Never realized how much they help until this past Friday night when I forgot to put them back in my skates after drying. Used my regular insoles and it felt like I was learning to skate all over again for the first period.

Had a dentist appointment last Friday. They called on Thursday and needed to re-schedule for today...no problem. I wrote it down for 9:30am...well it was for 9:00am and now I had to reschedule for October 22!! My tooth is killing me...

Aluminum bats are extremely dangerous for a pitcher...they will never use aluminum at the pro level and they shouldn't be used at the collegiate level either. With the kind of bat speed the pros can generate there will be little to no reaction time even for the infielders. Not to mention how much farther they'd have to move the fences back. The best option is to just get rid of the maple IMO.

I know it's not a femur, but in May of 06' I was hit by a motorcycle while I was standing on the side of the road and compound fractured my tibia and fibula. My leg was hanging on by the skin. The doctors said I wouldn't be able to snowboard that winter and I was devastated. But in November of that year I was cleared to snowboard and went to Colorado. Just keep you're head up man...it's more than possible!

Nice. I have those but I couldn't stand the shoulder caps so I cut them off. I play in a non-check beer league so they protect me fine, but I'm in the market for a new pair if I can find something that isn't bulky.

I'll take some pics tomorrow and post them. I just used a scissors to cut the thread once then just pulled it out from there. I made sure to keep the entire piece of thread so if I later want to re-attach them I don't have to mess around with finding the right thread.

Hahahahahahaha!!! OMG I literally almost fell off my chair laughing when I read this!! I can now contribute to this thread also. I just took the shoulder caps off of my Bauer Classics tonight. now they're PERFECT. :D
