Yes, the ones that come on the Ribcore skate; I only see those on the skate, not available separately. Anyone have an idea on when those runners are available as a replacement part?

Should be available in June. Blackedges will also be available soon. IMO Blackedges are better, they are DLC coated, the RBKs are not.

While the black coating stay on after sharpening?

From what I have read no. It isn't a DLC coating like the BlackEdge or the Step Steel.

Anything special need to be done for sharpening the SB black? Or just ask for my regular sharpening?

I think some will hone with leather instead, If I recall correctly.

I have a few customers who got the Ribcores when they first came out and have been sharpening their steel several times. Seems to be holding up fine. Just don't let your sharpener use a honing stone and the coating will last longer. We have the black SB's in stock and have been selling more now so I should have a better idea on how they hold up pretty soon.
