Skate blade fabricators

WHAT COMPANIES FABRICATE SKATES? Skates are made out of steel and carbon but what companies fabricate the skate blades and sell them to the big name brands such as Bauer and CCM? We wish to run tests on these materials to come up with conclusions and thats not possible with out the name of these companies from where we can get this material.

Sandvik is a manufacturer of 12C27 Strip Steel (Chromium Stainless). Used in many Easton skates. Rockwell and Vickers hardness tests are listed here as well element make-up. This is a hard stainless with just enough chromium for corrosion resistance.
